Objective: Strenght/Skills

(1) Front Squat up to 90% for 3 singles

(2) 4x12 Butterfly Pull ups

(3) Foam Roll/Mobility

Comments: We gave Josh an easy day today to recover from the burpees and get ready to compete again... Nothing out of the ordinary today.
