(1) 7 min AMRAP:

Burpees

*standard burpee rules apply, only the athlete must touch an object 6'' above his maximum reach with both hands at the top of each jump.

Comments:

The workout came out, and Josh's first words were "this is gonna suck!". It looked miserable, but Josh hammered down and scored 103.

We're not sure how this rates against the competition, or if we'll want another go at this one before sunday when the scores are due. My guess is this won't be one of his strongest performances - the small guys will crush this one.

We'll likely spend the rest of the week focusing on skils and strength, with maybe one more shot at this on friday morning.
