Poor Man's GHD Raise



The Poor Man's GHD Raise is a hamstring exercise. Kneel on your knees, and lock down your feet somehow (partner). Using your hamstrings, lower your upper body to the ground as slow as you can. Catch yourself with your hands, and using an exploding push up, push yourself back up to kneeling. Repeat.
